Initial Consultation & Acupuncture Session
90 MINUTES $150
What to Expect:
During your first visit, you and your practitioner will take time to fully discuss your reason for seeking care. This appointment includes:
Comprehensive intake & medical history, including current medications and supplements, lifestyle and nutrition habits, and your goals in working with Alethea Healing Acupuncture (AHA).
Traditional diagnostic techniques, such as tongue observation and pulse assessment, as well as gentle hands-on assessment. What you experience as bodywork, we experience as gathering diagnostic information.
A personalized acupuncture treatment, with needles retained for approximately 20–40 minutes.
A customized treatment plan, outlining recommended frequency of care and available cost options.
Supportive at-home recommendations, when applicable. These may include emailed yoga or qi gong exercises, lifestyle guidance, and nutrition suggestions or food lists to support your daily routine and enhance the effectiveness of acupuncture. Additional charges may apply.
Working together, we will agree upon your treatment focus and plan, which may include Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) modalities, and/or Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (ATMAT).
Additional Time for Complex Conditions
Clients with chronic or long-term conditions, multiple metabolic diagnoses, or ongoing digestive concerns are encouraged to book an additional 30 minutes with their initial consultation. This allows adequate time for in-depth discussion, diagnosis, treatment, and more tailored at-home recommendations.
Booking Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve this appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your initial visit.
Returning Acupuncture Session
60 MINUTES $100
All follow-up acupuncture appointments are available after your initial session is completed. These sessions function to serve the progression of previous acupuncture sessions; each building upon one other toward the agreed upon goal.*
60 minute sessions focus on acupuncture as the primary treatment modality.
30 minute Add-Ons are available for TCM modalities, ArvigoTMAT, and Energy Work. Select the modality that applies to you during booking. Should the practitioner feel that not the best modality, another may be recomended.
Clients whom have not been in for over 6 months, please schedule the extra 30 minutes so that we may of the best service to you.
Please schedule these therapies in addition to the follow up session to ensure AHA’s time availability. Additonal rates apply and will be pro-rated to the service agreed upon and provided.
Monthly Subscriptions recieve 10% off Add-On services of 30 minutes or more.
Monthly Acupuncture Subscription
One 60-minute Acupuncture Session — $75/month
This subscription follows the same structure and care as Returning Acupuncture Sessions.
How It Works
Subscribers are automatically billed $75 each month.
Each monthly payment is credited toward one in-office 60-minute acupuncture session.
The regular value of a 60-minute session is $100.
Credits never expire and will roll over month to month for use when convenient.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Packages provide both a reduced rate and accountability to your treatment plan. They are recommended for clients receiving care twice per month for four months or longer, or for those needing more frequent visits.
Monthly subscriptions receive 10% off Add-On services of 30 minutes or more and may be used alongside packages.
