    Activate The Year of The Fire Horse, beginning on the Lunar New Year 2/17/2026.

    Delve into clarifying your intention for the Year ahead. Through guided visualization & meditation and sealed with creating a vision board / collage to bring home. These will hold the remembrance of that set intention as we traverse the wildly face paced Year of the Fire Horse.

    • Quesions to explore potentially: What does the Year of the Horse bring?

    • What are my own goals, family goals, community goals, and even planetary goals?

    • How can I keep up with what sounds to be a face paced year?

    • What did I learn in The Year of the Wood Snake (2025) that I will carry into this year?

    • What did I release in 2025? How does this aid in my growth this next year?

    🐴We will begin with discussing the energetics of the Year of the Wood Snake (2025) transitioning into the Year of The Fire Horse (2026).

    🐴Relax into a guided visualization to reflect on 2025, seeding intentions for 2026.

    🐴Consolidate that vision for 2026- the Year of the Fire Horse- with a vision board/collage carrying the seeds of your intentions through the year. These collages are a fun way to reflect throughout the year, bringing ourselves back to the goals we set upon its creation.

    ☑️We will have tables and chairs for all participants.

    ☑️Collage materials will be provided; glue, collage images from old magazines and calendars, and various sizes of cardboard to create the collage on.

    Join Lindsay Mackay and Alethea Jones for a powerful evening of sound healing and somatic touch designed to support the natural changes of autum; the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle, release stored tension, and honor the natural process of letting go. Together, we’ll alchemize pain, grief, and the precious lessons of the past year — creating space for your highest expression as we transition toward winter.

    This experience weaves together:

    • Gentle Somatic Touch to connect hips, sacral plexus, and throat chakras — supporting PMS relief, creative flow, and emotional release.

    • Full Sound Bath (45 minutes) with immersive soundscapes from Lindsey’s crystal bowls.

Change is a regular facet of who we are and how we function!     Cupping therapy is integrated into a number of professions these days, and for good reason! This therapy is effective and easily integrated into your daily routine of self care. In this class we will discuss and explore various cupping techniques that may be applied for lymphatic, muscular, and uterine health. These techniques, alongside the ATMAT lessons offered on Friday, further help to increase circulation to the lymphatic system and uterus; combatting fibroids, prolapse, scar tissue, and more. *

    Saturday's class will focus on the use of cupping during self care while re-affirming the basics from Friday's ATMAT focused class. These classes do not need to be taken together.
